1. Scope of Services
Paxdor provides growth marketing, performance advertising, conversion rate optimization, search engine optimization, content production, and marketing technology integration services under mutually signed statements of work (SOW).
2. Performance & Growth Projections
Any projections, calculators, or benchmarks provided on paxdor.in are estimates derived from historical campaign benchmarks and industry averages. Specific customer acquisition costs and returns on ad spend may fluctuate depending on ad platform algorithms, market demand, and client conversion funnels.
3. Intellectual Property
All creative assets, ad copy, visual designs, and technical scripts developed for clients become client property upon full settlement of contracted fees, subject to standard agency portfolio display rights.
4. Client Ad Accounts & Billing
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in an SOW, clients retain direct ownership and administrator access to their Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics accounts. Direct media ad spend is billed straight from the platforms to the client’s designated payment methods.
